Delete your data, cleanly.

If you no longer want BigSocials to hold your personal data, you can request deletion using one of the three methods below. We honour deletion requests within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy and India’s DPDP Act.

The fastest path. Sign in, open your dashboard, and use the “Delete account” option in account settings. This removes your profile, your Instagram connection (if any), your campaign and submission history, and any automation rules you created.

Some records are retained as required by law — payment receipts for tax and reconciliation, and audit logs for fraud-prevention — for the minimum period required.

Email bigsocialsdev@gmail.com from the email address registered on your BigSocials account. Include:

• Your registered phone number or full name.
• Whether you want to delete only specific data (e.g. your Instagram connection) or your entire account.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you connected your Instagram account to BigSocials and want to revoke that connection only (without deleting your BigSocials account), you can do it from Instagram or Facebook directly:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find “BigSocials” in the list of apps that have access to your account.
3. Click “Remove”. Meta will notify us automatically and we will delete the Instagram-related data we hold about you within 24 hours.

• Your profile data: phone, email, name, bio, location, niches, UPI VPA.
• Your Instagram connection: handle, account type, follower count, engagement metrics, access token.
• Your campaign and submission history, invitations, notifications, and comment-to-DM automation rules.
• Any push subscriptions you registered.

• Payment records (order id, payment id, amount, date) for the minimum period required by tax and accounting law in India.
• Anonymous, aggregated metrics (e.g. number of campaigns per month) that cannot be linked back to you.
• Audit log entries needed for fraud-prevention and abuse-detection, retained for up to 12 months.
